How is pricing calculated?
Per property, per month. Lite covers exactly one property (up to 50 rooms); Core and Intelligence scale from one property to an unlimited number. Annual billing is available at a discount, shown above for each plan.
Is there a limit on AI replies?
Not in any practical sense. We set the included AI reply credits intentionally high, and they pool across your whole account rather than being locked to one property: with 500 replies per property per month on Core and Intelligence, a 10-property account has 5,000 replies a month to allocate freely across those properties. That's more than enough for a normal to large hotel or hotel group. On the rare chance you need more, additional replies are billed at €0.30 each.
